How are products delivered and how much does delivery cost?
All instock items will be collected by our courier within 1 working day of receiving payment.
It takes between 1 - 2 working days for the parcel to reach you.
Glass/fragile products will be bubble wrapped to ensure that they arrive safely.

We use a 3rd party service for deliveries (Zyllem)
Delivery fee costs $6.50 and will be waived for orders $200 and above.
An SMS will be sent to you once the parcel has been scheduled for delivery.
You can choose delivery for any weekday, even to your workplace.
- Between 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Between 6:00pm to 10:00pm
For Malaysia and Brunei customers, we are offering flat rate air shipping at $9.95 only.
Can I return or exchange products?
Products are strictly non-returnable once opened due to hygiene purposes.
For wrongly delivered items or products with defects, do give us a call and we will be glad to arrange an exchange for you. 
How do I place an order?
1. Add the items you want to shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button found near the image of your item desired.
2. After you have completed adding all the items you want to purchase, mouseover "Cart" button at the top right and it will show a "Proceed to Checkout", click on it.
3. At the Checkout page, follow the 6 steps and you will be done with ordering. 
NOTE:
Most of our products are instock and these will be delivered within 1-2 days of receiving payment.
Some products that are currently out of stock will be on backorder and you will be notifed when adding the item to shopping cart.
Backorder products take around 2 weeks to arrive and will be delivered along with the other items in the same order.
If you wish to have the instock and backorder items delivered separately, an additional courier fee of $6.00 will be charged. 
How do I make payment?
We accept payment via credit cards.
We also accept Internet/ATM Bank transfers.
The bank account to transfer is:

You may use any bank to transfer to our bank account, the transfer is immediate. 
Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information
You may view orders and update your account information at the link "My Account" located at the top of the website.
